These Terms of Service Agreement are an agreement between AmbitionHost [Registered Name : AMBITION SYSTEM (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED] And you. This agreement sets in place the terms and conditions for the use of any products and services set forth by AmbitionHost. Please read carefully to ensure you understand our terms before purchasing any of our products or services.

General Terms

We make no representation that the domain name you wish to register is capable of being registered by or for you or that it will be registered in your name. You should not assume registration of your requested domain name(s) until you have been notified that it has been registered.

The registration and use of your domain names are subject to the terms and conditions of use applied by the relevant naming authority (e.g., ICANN). You shall ensure that you are aware of those terms and conditions and that you comply with them.

We shall not release any domain to another provider unless full payment for that domain has been received by us. All charges payable by you for the Services shall be in accordance with the scale of charges and rates published from time to time by us on our web site and shall be due and payable in advance of our service provision.

Account Eligibility & Security

By registering for and using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. It is your responsibility to provide accurate, complete, and current customer information on registration forms. You agree to be fully responsible for all use of your account and for any actions that take place through your account.

Service Cancellation

Service Cancellation by the Customer

For a Product or a Service to be canceled, a proper cancellation request must be submitted via the Client Dashboard or a support ticket. AmbitionHost will not keep a copy of your account data after the service is canceled.

Service Cancellation by AmbitionHost

AmbitionHost may cancel any service at any time with or without reason, especially in cases of Terms of Service violations. In most cases of violation, we will provide a notice period (e.g., 7 days for shared hosting, 3 days for VPS) to resolve the issue before termination.

Money-Back Guarantee & Refund Policy

AmbitionHost provides a 30-day money-back guarantee for shared, premium, and VPS accounts, subject to eligibility requirements. You must be a new customer, have not violated our terms, and have been a customer for 20-30 days. All refunds are at our sole discretion and can take 5-7 days to process.

Domain Registration & Management

This section outlines specific conditions for domain services:

1. Domain prices may vary and do not apply to premium domains.
2. Domains are locked for 60 days after registration or transfer, per ICANN policy.
3. Domain registrations are non-refundable.
4. After expiry, a redemption fee (₹8000 - ₹15000) may apply.
5. We are a domain reseller, not an ICANN accredited registrar. Activation can take up to 48 hours.
6. Promotional prices are for new registrations only.

Prohibited Uses & Materials

Using our services for illegal activities like copyright infringement, hosting child pornography, harming networks, or bulk emailing/spamming is strictly prohibited. Materials such as IRC bots, proxy scripts, file hosting scripts, high-yield investment programs (HYIP), hacker-focused sites, and streaming of live sporting events are not allowed. Using accounts for backup purposes is also forbidden.

Uptime Guarantee & Backups

We offer a 100% uptime guarantee for shared/premium servers (excluding planned maintenance), with potential credit for downtime. Our daily backup service is provided as a courtesy and is not guaranteed. You are solely responsible for your own data and backups.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AmbitionHost, our affiliates, and our respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising from your use of our services.
